About Us:

For nearly 30 years, people in the Bryan-College Station area have trusted G&W Electric with their residential and small commercial electrical needs. A lot has changed in that time, but company founder James West is still operating on the same principle as when he started in 1981: good service at a fair price. West was born and raised in Bryan-College Station and has been working as an electrician locally since the 1970's. Over the years, G&W Electric has become a family business with West's son, Kyle (Aggie Class 08'), becoming a partner. Also James's wife Sharon runs the daily operations at the office and his daughter Keri (Aggie Class 05') works part-time helping with the book keeping.

G&W Offers a huge variety of services for any residential and small commercial applications. We pride ourselves on maintaining a family owned and operated business approach, so no job is to small. Over the past couple of years G&W has worked hard on expanding it's repair and maintenance services by having full-time professional electricians handling those small jobs that every house requires as it ages. At G&W we place an emphasis on customer service and quality work, as we believe that is the foundation for gaining new customers that will continue to return for years to come.
